Property owners in the City must maintain their properties in compliance with the Litter, Blight, and Junk Vehicle Ordinances. The Property Maintenance Committee collaborates with citizens and city officials to uphold community standards, reporting violations to the City Board of Aldermen for action.

The Main Street Association focuses on revitalizing Eupora’s downtown by promoting local businesses and hosting community events. By fostering collaboration among residents and officials, the association aims to enhance the economic and cultural vitality of our city.

The Events Committee, part of the Main Street Association, plans community events that celebrate Eupora’s spirit. By organizing festivals and local gatherings, the committee enhances community engagement and creates memorable experiences for all.

The Historic Preservation Committee is dedicated to preserving Eupora's architectural and cultural heritage for future generations. Established in 2010, the local historic district safeguards the city's oldest and most significant structures, ensuring the community retains its unique character and sense of place.
